Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read these terms carefully before booking your service.
1. Important Information for the Customer
- Data Verification: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information in their reservation (name, email, phone) is correct before payment.
- Confirmation Email: Once reserved, check your inbox (and spam) for the confirmation from info@mytaxitulum.com.
- Error Correction: If you entered wrong flight details, notify us immediately via email to correct them promptly.

3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed based on how many days in advance the cancellation was made:
- No-shows: If you don't show up, we will try to reach you. After 30 minutes without response, the service is considered completed (No refund).
- Waiting time: Drivers wait up to 1 hour after scheduled pickup. After that, no refund applies.
- Unexpected changes: If you arrive before the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be given.
- Incorrect info: Incorrect phone numbers that prevent contact will void refund eligibility.
4. Partial Refund for Round Trip Services
Round-trip services are a single agreement. If one leg is missed (Arrival or Departure), a 50% refund applies for the missed portion, but the other leg remains active.
Important: Refusal to use the return service does not entitle the customer to a full refund.
5. Last Minute Schedule Changes
Changes requested within 12 hours of the service are subject to availability and a 25% additional charge for logistics. If we cannot accommodate a last-minute change and you cancel, no refund applies.
6. Payment on Arrival Policy
6.1 30% Advance Payment
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure the vehicle and cover operational costs.
6.2 70% Remaining Balance
The rest is paid directly to the driver at the time of service in cash or as pre-agreed.
