2. Transportation Services

mytaxitulum.com offers private transportation services from Tulum Airport to various destinations in the region. The service is provided subject to availability and is confirmed once payment is received.

Reservations: All reservations must be made through our online system or via authorized channels.
Confirmation: Once payment is made, you will receive an email with your reservation confirmation.
Changes: Requests for changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

3. Payment Policies

Payment methods: We accept payments via credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other authorized methods.
Secure payments: We use secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of your financial information.
Currency: Prices are in USD and MXN. Customers are responsible for exchange rates applied by their banks.
Refunds: Full refunds will be granted if cancellations are made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Accurate information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and reservation details.
Availability: The customer must be available at the pickup location. After 15 minutes of delay, it is a no-show.
Luggage: Each passenger is entitled to 2 suitcases and 2 hand luggage at no extra cost.

5. Service Responsibility

Delays and cancellations: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, natural disasters, or force majeure.
Damages or accidents: No liability for damages or accidents unless directly attributable to company negligence.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications: Changes within 72 hours of the service incur an additional fee of 25% of the total value.
Cancellations: More than 72 hours notice: 70% refund. Within 72 hours: No refund.

7. Changes to the Terms

mytaxitulum.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Privacy

By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
